About NAD Supplement Guide
Plain-English, evidence-first guides to NAD+, its precursors and the supplements built on them.
Why this site exists
NAD+ has become one of the most hyped areas in health and longevity. Search results are full of sales pages promising to "reverse aging", alongside dense scientific papers few people have time to read. We built NADSupplementGuide.com to sit in between: clear explanations of what NAD+ is, what each type of supplement can and can't do, and what the human evidence actually shows.
How we research and write
- Human evidence first. We separate what has been shown in people from what has only been shown in cells or animals, and we say which is which.
- Primary and authoritative sources. We cite peer-reviewed studies, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, regulators such as the FDA and EFSA, and major medical institutions. Every guide lists its sources.
- Doses and safety in every guide. We check ingredient amounts against upper limits and safety reviews, and we flag interactions and who should avoid a product.
- No fake reviews or testimonials. We don't invent customer stories or star ratings. If we publish reader experiences, they will be real.
- Regular updates. NAD+ research and regulation change quickly (NMN's US status changed in 2025, for example). Each page shows when it was last updated.
What we are not
We are not doctors, and this site is not medical advice. Supplements can interact with medication and aren't right for everyone. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting one, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or have a health condition.
How we make money
This site is free to read. We earn a commission when you buy a product through some of our links, currently for EnduNAD. That never changes what we write: our EnduNAD review openly lists the product's weak points, and our guides point to other options, including ones we don't earn from, when they fit you better. Read our full affiliate disclosure.
